Retorno al coraz\u00f3n es del segundo tipo: cinco d\u00edas en Taorayin\u00e1, una reserva natural de 60 hect\u00e1reas de bosque primario en las estribaciones de la Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, a unos 25 minutos del Parque Tayrona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e9 es el retiro<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es una inmersi\u00f3n de cinco d\u00edas que combina pr\u00e1cticas que se complementan: yoga y respiraci\u00f3n consciente, una <a href=\"\/es\/cacao-ceremony\/\">ceremonia de cacao<\/a>, <a href=\"\/es\/sound-healing\/\">sanaci\u00f3n sonora<\/a> con m\u00fasica en vivo, temazcal, <a href=\"\/es\/forest-walks\/\">caminatas a las cascadas<\/a> y momentos de silencio. Todo sucede dentro de la reserva, con alojamiento en caba\u00f1as entre el bosque y vistas al Caribe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo se vive un d\u00eda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los d\u00edas empiezan con movimiento suave y respiraci\u00f3n. Despu\u00e9s hay tiempo para comer, descansar y caminar con gu\u00eda hasta las pozas naturales, a unos 25 minutos por el bosque. Por la noche llegan los espacios de sonido y m\u00fasica. Entre una cosa y otra hay pausas largas: el retiro no est\u00e1 pensado para llenarte la agenda, sino para que sobre tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Las pr\u00e1cticas, una por una<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Yoga y respiraci\u00f3n:<\/strong> clases para todos los niveles, sin necesidad de experiencia previa.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Cacao ceremonial:<\/strong> de la Sierra Nevada, elaborado artesanalmente por mujeres de la zona, con m\u00fasica, movimiento y un c\u00edrculo de la palabra.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Sanaci\u00f3n sonora:<\/strong> conciertos inmersivos con cuencos tibetanos, flautas y tambores en vivo.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Temazcal:<\/strong> ba\u00f1o de vapor tradicional con piedras volc\u00e1nicas y plantas medicinales.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Ceremonia de plantas medicinales y psilocibina:<\/strong> un espacio guiado de introspecci\u00f3n, con m\u00fasica e integraci\u00f3n.
